No care by untrained aircrew

I'm a regular travel on saa accumulating over 140K airmiles <br> On the 16th June on flight sa146 to Maputo whilst on the plane there was a technical issue which is acceptable . we only got to Maputo after 11pm <br> The so called cabinet attendant came around to supply water , unfortunately i prefer a cool drink , which i was told they could not supply . i asked for the resaon and quote ( captains orders , when i requested the reason for it the staff member could not answer ).<br> <br> The tickets to Maputo costs around R5,000 return ,<br> <br> It is the first time i received such bad service from SAA .<br>
