No Assistance or Refund

I purchased a ticket through Gotogate and weeks before I had to travel, I had to change some ticket details. They advised me to phone SA Airlink directly which was the airline provider for the trip, I phoned SA Airlink and they advised me to buy another ticket on the same date and time as the original ticket but with the correct name details, they advised me that the original ticket would then be refunded. It has now been months and both Gotogate and SA Airlink refuses to acknowledge the refund of the original ticket and has left me out of pocket with R5000. I would not recommend this air line to anyone!
