no answer on their contact centre line

<p>I have called both their "Customer Services" numbers +27 11 ********** and ***at least 5 times holding for 15 - 30 minutes each time in the desperate hope of someone answering. This has been over 2 days. If they consistantly have such high call volumes then they must hire more people.</p>
