nightmare to change even a Business class ticket! Avoid SAA!

It is impossible to change a flight online and when you call the call center they tell you to phone again in 3 hours in order to get the change fees! No wonder SAA looses business! This is the worst company with regards to service on board or customer support! Avoid if you can
