Nightmare flight

I flew with South African airways two months ago to Australia. First the flight was delayed until the next morning. Which is fine, but the person that called me said that they would only organize accommodation for people that comes from far, like Cape Town and had a ticket to prove it. So I ended up booking accommodation, and paying for it online, out of my own pocket. When we got there the accommodation was absolutely terrible, but they would not give me a refund so we ended up staying there. The next morning while boarding, a guy that stays in Johannesburg, tells me how well they slept and that they had a nice supper and breakfast at a hotel paid for by the airline. When I complained, they gave me a customer care number. That was only strike one. The flight was delayed for an extra hour because they forgot to pack the duvets for the first class passengers for the flight back. That was strike two. The flight back was even worse. They seated me next to a really big guy that lifted the middle armrest. I got squashed. When I absolutely couldn't take it anymore I asked a flight attendant to move me. She informed me that another passenger had a stroke and was moved to fist class so I can sit there. I got to the seats, which were located behind the toilets, the window seats. Those seats are solid steel on the sides, right up to the arm rest. I do have brought hips. I'm not the smallest person. But to give you an idea, I would say that two of the airhostes on that flight was about the same size as me. I tried the seat and told her that I literally had to squeeze myself into it. She told me that even though I'm squashed it had to be better than having the other passenger almost on top of me. After an hour I couldn't sit anymore, my hips was bruised and painful. I stood for most of the flight and when I couldn't stand anymore I tried the seat again. Eventually I couldn't do it anymore and sat on the floor for 5 minutes before I was rudely chased up by an attendant. I am well aware I am not allowed to sit on the floor but she also did not give me a chance to talk to her and explain why. I stood some more. I burst out into tears from utter exhaustion and pain. One of the flight attendance ask me what was wrong, I explained to her and begged her to please find me another seat. There were passengers lying over 4 seats on this particular flight. And please keep in mind that they also just paid for one seat. Same as me. Her response was that she will not disrupt any of the passengers even if they were lying down over 4 seats. It was the worst flight I ever had in my life. I'm really disgusted with SAA and the way I was treated as a paying passenger.
