NEVER USE SAA

I am at ORTIZ and have been here for the last 4 hours. The service and turn around time is shocking. There was 1 lady doing checking this after which resulted in US missing our flight even though we were 2 hours erly. We try and rebook a flight we have been waiting for 2 hours at the sales and ticketing. Pathetic service
