Never fly with SAA

Absolutely shocking. I will never fly with SAA again and will recommend that all my friends rather go with Airlink (who have great service). I was standing in the front of a three hundred person queue and they made myself and twenty other passengers wait to the side because they need to ‘load our details’. The attendant promised after much outrage that we would get on the plane and that they had to load us on the system, just to tell us that we can’t be loaded and will not fly shortly thereafter. They don’t understand how much money they lose by being this disorganised. You are a massive billion rand organisation that can’t hire someone to provide a functioning check-in system? What a joke.
