National Carrier a disgrace

<p>My son flew from OR Tambo to New York on SA203 on 24th August,2016. His screen plus headphone jack were faulty and no one on board could assist him because the flight was full. His girlfriend had a similar experience. What a disgrace on a 15 hour flight and not be able to watch any in flight entertainment. A far cry from what the SAA charter promises to its passengers.</p>
