MY REFUND IS YET TO BE PAID

<p>hi,on 28 june 2016 i bought SAA a Flight for ticket for my son to travel from Johannesburg to Dar es salaam return, R5240,on 29 june when my son supposed to travel they refused him to travel because instead of writing his name, in his ticket they put my name while age 7,they advised me to buy another ticket which i did and promised to be full refunded within seven working day.it one and three weeks since i lodged foir my refund yet to be paid,my refund ticket</p> <p>reference no is ********** 465629 ,SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS SHOULD NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED,i am not a number or just statistic am very vital the survival of there company...</p>
