Mr Mo***eng SAA Employee of the year

I missed my SA317 flight scheduled to fly from OR Tambo International to Cape Town. I consulted the SAA ticket sales desk and was assisted my Mr Mo***eng. He was simply phenomenal and provided the best service ever, with the greatest degree of professionalism, diligence and a fabulous attitude. This gentleman went out of his way to assist while simultaneously comforting my stressing self. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, may the SAA ticket sales at OR Tambo International Airport reward the good service I received from this gentleman.
