Most terrible service in the world from SAA

there can never be any worst company to deal with than SAA. In May this year I booked a for body remains repatriation to Harare from Durban. Times and flights were booked with special instructions on, and all the times confirmed. To cut it short the flight arrived in Harare with no cargo on board. We had to call SAA JHB only to be told the body was left behind and arrangements be made to get the body on the next flight which arrived 6 hrs later. How body remains were left behind and not be prioritized I don't know. We had to postpone the burial and no one gave a damn about it. I complained and was told the Public relations manager will get to me till today i haven't received any communication from SAA. I am still waiting...........................
