Missed flight

We were 2 min late for our flight from Capetown, SAA charged us R14 000 foe missing our flight (2 adults a 2 children). We didn't have the money @ hand, tried making arrangements to pay a lesser amount However, we did not win. We didn't have the funds, we had to apply for a limit increase on 1 of our credit facilities. We have an increased debt now bcos of this airline. The service is appalling, like what is this, not even 50% of the amount, a full 100%. I will never book with them ever in my life and I would never recommend anyone to book with them.
