Missed flight

<p>I arrived at the airport & joined the queue seeing that I had time but upon arrival at the desk I was told the boarding was closed 10mins before time for that day and that I was 2mins late. After I had spent more than 2 mins arguing with her and watching check other flights for me thereby wasting more time thereafter telling me the time was 2mins after check in time. I tried to call a complaint with no avail. </p>
