Miss handling of Fragile Luggage

On the 29 March 2024 I used Flight SA333 to travel from O.R. Tambo International Airport to Cape Town International Airport. I had a fragile luggage (bicycle) that I dropped at the fragile checking dest.

While I was seating in the flight, I noticed that there was a bag packed on top of my bicycle on the truck that was transporting the bicycle to the flight. Luckily I took a picture. On arrival in Cape Town, I noticed that my brakes level was damaged.
