Misrepresentation and theft!

<p>We bought a business class ticket for my mother to fly from OR Tambo to East London. We received our e-ticket ad noted that the baggage allowance referenced on the eticket for business class passengers was two(2) bags of max 32 Kg. On check in we were told by our check in guy Tumelo Ralake that the baggage allowance was oe bag of 32 Kg's and that only international flights allow two bags.</p> <p>No where on the eticket or website was the communicated to us, it is not printed anywhere and we had to pa for an extra piece of luggage after being handled very rudely by Tumelo as well as the supervisor Pinkie Mbembe.</p> <p>The lack of service granted to passengers, whether on business or economy, is so shocking the giving a rasting of even one star would be too high for SAA.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is blatant misrepresentation of breech of contract, which any purchase is.</p> <p>Try not fly on SAA people, not that itr matters any way, because our government will just keep bailing them out.</p> <p> </p> <p>SAA, you are all abunch of lying cheating *******s. </p>
