Misleading information

<p>South African Airways SA (Operated by South African Airlink) are the worst choice to fly with.</p> <p><br />We booked our tikets almost a year ago and was informed that we may buy an additional bag @ +/- R250 per person.</p> <p> </p> <p>When enquiring on how to purchase this, we were informed that it is no longer the case but we will pay R30 per KG extra (R600 in total per person).</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a huge differance. The website - Flyairlink http://flyairlink.com/information/baggage-policy#/checked is also misleading. On the website it States:</p> <p>Excess Baggage Charges - Piece Concept</p> <p>Within South Africa</p> <p>Business Class<br />ZAR307 PLUS 14% VAT PER PIECE<br />Economy Class<br />ZAR219.30 PLUS 14% VAT PER PIECE</p> <p> </p> <p>But according to airlink the information is for SAA flights?</p> <p><br />We booked with SAA and not Airlink?</p> <p> </p> <p>Now no one are able to assist us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible service and terrible airline.</p>
