Miles not credited

I lost miles for first class flight to Blantyre on the pre-text that the ticket call did not qualify for the flight.

Now I am being made to lose more miles for a Dubai flight with SAA requesting that I send original boarding pass via registered email. I travel every 2 weeks and who keeps boarding passes? I even got a Travel certificate for Emirates certifying I did travel on the days stated but it's still not enough. I really feel cheated by SAA. I only fly through this company except if they don have availability for the destination. This is not the right way to reward loyalty and this rule is unfair...
