****** idiots. We booked my kids flights for the 28th. This option has a minor option for kids we ticked that option only problem one is that one of the adults will be worrying exams and we changed their flights paid extra . Today we follow up we now told we were supposed to call the customer to book for minor assistance *** and now we need to pay an additional 1100 for the kids to be put on a later flight . We don’t want that they should fly on the 28th and we just require minor assistance. I am not willing to pay an additional R1100 . You guys a F up. Sort out this mess now
