Memorable Moments from a Parastatal

<p>I would just like to thank SAA for their usual mediocre service - it is this "world class" service that we have come to detest over the years from our amazing state owned companies. Booked a flight to Zim and paid via CC last night - short notice. Pitched at the airport this morning to be advised that I had not paid for my flight. Impossible I said. Upon closer inspection SAA reversed my payment at 00:00 at night and cancelled my flight. They couldn't advise why they had done that (or they could but would probably not let me know that they had overbooked) and consequently left me stranded! YOU GUYS RULE! I just get this warn fuzzy feeling when I think of SAA. So much so i actually wish your companies' downfall is more spectacular than the SABC's recent meltdown. Lotsa Lovies - Warren Pieterse</p>
