Luggage Tagged Incorrectly

I flew from JHB to CT on SAA which I do on a weekly basis. I checked in two pieces of luggage. One arrived in CT and the other did not. On investigation it was found that my one suitcase which contained my clothes and toiletries, was tagged under another passenger's name! It so happened that the passenger in question did not make the flight and so his/her luggage had to offloaded which turned out to be my bag!<br> How did I get my boarding pass in my name as well as one bag but not the other??? Questions which I have asked and cannot get the courtesy of a response.<br> I have lodged a complaint directly with SAA. A JUDITH TOORN responded to me and she clearly did not read the content of my email correctly as she blamed ACSA for this! NO Judith, this was SAA's fault, the person who checked me in was negligent and irresponsible.<br> I have complained and complained but nobody seems to hear me. The fact that I have chosen SAA to fly WEEKLY nothing to them. The ONLY reason I continue to use them are for my miles and NOTHING more. I do not and will not use them for international travel.
