LUGGAGE NOT DELIVERED & FORCED TO COLLECT FROM AIRPORT

Flew From DAR ES SALAAM to CAPE TOWN.

Luggage Checked in & was told by SAA that luggage would go straight through to CAPE TOWN. Asked twice!! Yes, Luggage will go through, you just have to go through PASSPORT CONTROL. On arrival in CAPE TOWN, only one bag had arrived & my Tripod bag had not.

I fly up to 10 times a year, AFRICA & Other International Destinations VIA JHB, NEVER HAD AN ISSUE!!! I ALWAYS AVOID SAA, as No one Likes them!!

There were 5-7 people at the SAA Counter that had Luggage issues from different flights. Left my address details & contact no. Got a call today to say I must collect 'THEY WILL NOT DELIVER"???

I had to pay R368,00 to get an UBER to CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL.

This is the WORST, Most Unprofessional, Disorganised Airline! Rather Close down & let other Carriers that know what they are doing take over.
