LUGGAGE MISPLACED FOR 5 DAYS!!!!!

WORST SERVICE! Landed at OR Thambo on Sunday (29 September), just to find out that our luggage was misplaced (13 passenger's luggage)! They couldn't find it for 2 days after I arrived. On the Wednesday they finally located it and sent it back to SA. On Thursday morning they told me that they don't have anyone available to deliver my bag! Had to drive all the way to the airport to fetch my bag!!! Just to find out that they delivered both my colleagues bags in Hammanskraal and could not send mine to Vereeniging! I had to buy a new toothbrush, make-up, hairdryer, toiletries etc which I did not get compensated for! I am also delayed with my business presentation as all my research was in my bag. I would not recommend flying with SAA at all!
