Luggage lost or delayed and no feedback from SAA

I boarded the SA260 flight on 22-12-2015 landed in Frankfurt on 23-12-2015 06:00 local time and may luggage was not there. It is now 6days later and i still do not have my luggage or any correspondence from the airline. My trip is ruined thanks to SAA.
