Luggage delay

TAMBO INT<br> 23/09/2015 - 16:10<br> <br> flight was delayed from the stipulated time of 14:10 to around two hours later and when finally arrived at OR Tambo international airport. the saddest part was to wait for my luggage for +/- 2 hours. my complaint is in relation to the delay at luggage area where time was delay for me to leave, I had to drive to north west were I finally arrive home at 12:05 midnight. it seriously inconvenience my activity for the evening and it should be noted the company to avoid such delays in future.<br> <br> Internal challenges or protest should not affect customers and they should come up with measures. it was very disappointing of the service rendered.<br> <br> <br>
