Stay away from Star Alliance group. I travelled with American airlines from the US to OR Tambo. I had a connecting flight in Cape Town. I arrived at OR Tambo, All airline offices were closed and my luggage was not there. I went home and called the next day. My luggage could not be located. United airlines shifter the blame to SAA as it was my last flight to Johannesburg. My luggage was finally located on Wednesday, 5days after my return to SA. My suitcase was broken into and items ******. SAA does not want to account for this, United airlines is also distancing themselves. Stay away from this group!!! They are shameless ******* who do not care about their clients.
