Lost R10 000 because surname missed one letter

I am absolutely appauled. I booked two international tickets to Taiwan. Unfortunately when i received the eticket there is one \S"missing in the one surname. I phone to rectify the problem but was tld by a very arrogant lady that \""unfortunately you have lost your money\"" you must make a new booking. <br> <br> They are not prepared to correct the surname. <br> How can an airline operate like that???"""
