Lost luggage not delivered

SAA lost my luggage Saturday March 28, received it in Cape Town to my final destination on Sunday March 29 AM! SAA did delivered as promise my luggage to my hotel! Now Wednesday April 1st and still no luggage delivered I called SAA and they confirmed luggage in airport but that I have to go pick it up! I had paid taxi fare of 800 rad for the breach of the contract they had with me!
