Lost Luggage ignored

Almost 2 months ago we flew from Johannesburg to Livingstone in Zambia. Our luggage did not. SAA keep on sending us \we received your email and will respond shortly\"'. I am still waiting for their response. OBVIOUSLY SAA is NOT very concerned about their passengers and their goods. PATHETIC!!!!!"
