Lost luggage, frustrated in foreign country

We just arrived in Victoria falls only to find out that one of our bags was left behind in Joburg. Nobody is even sure If the bag will arrive tomorrow. So now we have to pay for yet another trip to go check for luggage which we are not even sure we will find .

This is extremely disappointing. What was supposed to be a relaxed and fun weekend just became a nightmare. And the call centre people don't even seem to Care.
