Lost Luggage Bag

Hello Peter, as I write here I am extremely frustrated. I landed at King Shaka International Airport from OR TAMBO yesterday 13 March at 20h00, upon arrival my luggage is not there. I then went to Baggage reclaim they cannot locate my luggage, no one can explain, there is no trace of where my luggage is. Then I'm told it looks like it was not loaded from OR TAMBO, I must wait for the last flight which will land at 22h00, mind who I'm not here for leisure but business, I also have my medication inside my luggage bag. 22h30 my luggage still didn't not arrive, they also dont understand. Team from OR TAMBO is not picking up their calls. I was given a paper with ref number DURSA65519. Today 14 March I'm expected to go to a meeting I'v been calling both this numbers for the past hour there's no answer ********** 002, ********** 001 I have no clothes, no toiletries, no medication. I'm frustrated because I am here for a meeting which I wont be able to attend. I am extremely disappointed with SSA, can I please be assisted.
