Lost luggage

I went on an SAA flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg and I had one checked bag. I arrived at Johannesburg and my bag was lost. Everyone on my flight received there’s except for me. Baggage claim in Cape Town said that my bag was loaded whereas in Johannesburg they said my luggage was never received. Worst service ever.
