Lost luggage and lousy service

<p>After my son travelled from Cape Town to Harare his suitcase was nowhere to be seen and no one seems to be willing to help trace the lost suitcase. It is already a major inconvenience not having the suitcase, the least SAA could do is help trace the suitcase and tell us if it made the connecting flight and when we can expect to get it. </p>
