Lost luggage and *********** satff

Probably not the first to make this complaint but it has to be done. I was on a flight from Australia to South Africa via Perth. Arrived in South Africa and my luggage was not there, followed the procedures and was told it is most likely still in Perth and will arrive either later Friday (2/03/2018) or the Saturday(03/03/2018). Everytime I phone they have a different excuse- the bag did not make it on the next flight / the bag is probably still in Perth they not sure/ the bag has not been found they still looking!! I am in South Africa for a wedding with no clothes and have to buy a new dress for the wedding this is cost I definitely did not budget for! How is it possible that I was the only one whose bag did not make it onto the aeroplane? How is it that you have no clue where the bag is? How is it that your staff are incapable of doing their job and doing everything they can to find the bag???? This makes me so angry because this is a major inconvenience for me not for you! Wil never ever use this airline again what a waste of money!
