Lost luggage and complete lack of interest from SAA Baggage Service

<p>Arrived on Sat morning (24th Jun) from Frankfurt, without luggage - someone else probably took mine as i found an identical one on the belt, informed the staff and placed a report. Despite my numerous calls to Call Center and Airport office, 2 days later no information or feedback received. I cannot believe that the other person was not bringing mine back to take his yet! The only 'relevant' information i got was to wait 7 days and then place a claim for reimbur*****t. I don't want money back, I want my luggage. </p>
