Lost luggage

I travelled on the 5th SAA decided to have a strike i went to their desk asking for my luggage they told me it was checked in to my final destination since i was having a connecting flight i reached to my final destination since last week Tuesday my luggage was left in SA at OR Tambo ive been going back and forth between my local airport and my travel agency they not doing anything about it they are valuable things in the bag including important documents!! Im not happy i need my bags!
