Lost in translation

So I traveled from South Africa (Cape Town) to Ghana (Accra) for business on the 12th November 2017, and upon my arrival in Ghana I find out my baggage is lost. I reached out to the baggage service to find out my baggage is lost. With no clothes to attend my meetings and nobody takes liability for my loses, I once again find myself with no options. Please advise who can help me! Surely someone has to take ownership. Is this general practice to lose passengers bags?
