Lost, damaged and ****** luggage

I am still very heart broken by the treatment received from this airline. Half the passengers luggage was left in CPT on the 24th Aug 2025 12:50pm flight to OR Tambo. They told us that the plane was to heavy and had to remove luggage randomly. They then said their next flight will be at 6pm and thus we will only get our luggage the following day. I had meeting on Monday and had to go buy clothes and toiletries due to this. My luggage was delivered on Monday but my suitcase lock was vandalised and damaged, my stuff was missing, including clothing items and toiletries.

I went to OR Tambo luggage office to enquire this as they werent picking up calls. They lady was very rude and just told me straight that they wont do anything because they do take responsibility for lost belongings and damaged luggage. I was very furious when she went on to say they always say valuables must be removed. What should be in the checked in luggage, if we cant put our clothes and toiletries theres? There were no electronics or money and stuff. I really wouldnt recommend this flight to any sane person. I hope they can leave off to R7k worth of stuff they stole from me while damaging my case.
