Lost Baggage with SAA (Useless Airline)

Its the most useless airline on the planet!!! They lost 2 of my bags with all our personal belongings, clothes, car keys and house keys!!! Their staff is a bunch of *********** and illiterate workers, they cant help a person nor communicate with a person!!! At OR Tambo they said I must make a case i did so, the case number is JNBSA 49620. They said they will get back to me in 24 hours still no communication from them, if i don’t contact them they will never contact a person bac**** United Airlines are the only people that can trace our bags on their system because we flew with them from Canada to Washington!!! Our bags is in Washington South African Airways get them to South Africa!!! South African Airways must get our bags from them because South African Airways did not put our bags on the flight to South Africa and they brought us in to the country but they do absolutely zero!!!
