Lost Baggage -

I don't even know how to express my anger and disappointment in SAA.

We have never come accross service this bad and stressful. And we travel frequently.

Being 31 weeks pregnant and having to deal with a flight that was delayed for two hours. Missing our connecting flight to Durban due to the delay and had to spend another 6 extra hours on Jhb Airport was rediculous enough.

Now still struggling to find our missing bags that apparently you don't know where it is. It's ridiculous, how do you just lose two bags? We are stuck without clothes, without all our baby stuff.

And all you can tell me is sorry we are trying to find it. I will never in my life make use of SAA services again.

It's ridiculous to say the least. And on top of all you are more expensive than most airlines.

So please get back to us with better reasons than... There can be many reasons your bags are lost and Connor be found. It was checked-in by you!!! You lost it....
