Lost Baggage

<p>My wife flew from Johannesburg to Cape Town, checked in her baggage with friends. Her bag never arrived, lost baggage department cant even track it. This morning I contact the call centre eith the reference they gave us but they are unable to check where it is due to the system being offline. Abo****e ******* service and such an inconvenience. No urgency at all from staff or from SAA to try and help us at all. No wonder they are going bankrupt!!!</p>
