LIES AND THEFT

I have a previous review that has since been silenced. A lady called fatima, IS IGNORING IT. I cannot understand how refunds can just be swept under the rug???. This is ******* and theft. "our consultants will help you soon"....UTTER NONSENSE!!!!!. Customers are just a monetary number!!!!. I have followed all procedures all have asked me to. I have sent ALL the comms as well as what was needed. WHERE is the refund?. Why can you guys not just do as you say?????.....WORST AIRLINE EVER!!!!!!!!!!. THIS IS SINCE OCTOBER 2025 !!!!!!!!!
