Left paintings on SA29 2/41/2019

I was flying from Harare on 2/4 to Joburg on flight SA29. I was seated on the first class (there were 2 flight attendants - one male and one female (Sandy Ho). I had one bag on the overhead bin and a tube container containing multiple canvass prints I bought from Kruger National Park. I remember the male flight attendant moving my bag on the other side of the overhead bin ( I was seated on 4F). Due to the delay and my bag being moved, I was in a hurry to get out of my international flight to catch my Cape Town flight. I left my canvas prints on that flight. I had my name and phone number written on it. I called the SAA Baggage Service (no Lost and Found service)the next day, the following day, etc. Apparently, there has been no report of my lost canvas print. The tube container of my canvass is not easily visible to the passengers unless you are very tall. This leads me to believe that 1) SAA does not really care about your complain 2) SAA does not check the overhead bin 3) employees who cleans the airlplanes took the paintings. This does not happen in an American flights. I left iPads, iPhones, wallet, etc and I get my belongings when I report. It is very frustrating that I lost something that is not very visible to the eye and SAA does not seem to care nor the usual answer is “nothing was reported”. Very passive and not an active approach — I gave all the details. Flight # , schedule , etc. I was hoping at this day and age, they know the plane and the crew who cleaned the airline. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
