(Lack) of Invoice from SAA

I am trying to get a company invoice from SAA. I was advised (by email) to go to the website and request the invoice, but after putting in the relvant information, it says I must contact SAA. I have told SAA customer department of this via email, but no reply after several attempts. Simply shocking service!
