Job Alert Notification from SAA Graduate Careers

I've been receiving job alerts from SAA Graduate Careers for the longest time. Tried logging in to apply but the website doesn't work. Looks like it's not managed properly. When you click login, it takes you to sign up but there are no blocks to enter your details. I tried Unsubscribing, but it takes you back to that login page that doesn't work.
