IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL GOOD SERVICE

This is the worst service that i have received from a airline company. their rules are very rigid and all you can deal with is people in the call centre that make you hold on forever. NEVER AGAIN SAA I WOULD RATHER BOOK WITH ANOTHER AIRLINE...
