Incredible sense of NO service

<p>Unbelievable. For the last 12 months I've tried to get my miles vredited on my account with no results. i've called, written to SAA services, to Voyager account etc. and I never got ANY response or action. All happens as if people just don't care about what you have to say. There must be a way to get rid of such people no? For the sake of the company at least...</p>
