incorrect details

<p>We always fly the cheaper airlines, but this holidays we flew SAA a mistake we won't make again. Along with my flight details I received baggage allowance: ECONOMY CLASS: TWO (2) CHECKED BAGS (MAX 50LBS/23KG & 62”/158CM EA.), ONE (1) CARRY-ON BAG (MAX. 18LBS/8KG & 45”/115CM EA.) PLUS ONE (1) SMALL PERSONAL ITEM (E.G. PURSE, LAPTOP BAG). This is the only info received regarding luggage. When I checked in u was told I'm only allowed 1 bag although I was under weight. I had to pay to have my 2 bags wrapped to make it 1 bag. Coming back we wrapped our bags again. Checked in and got told my bag is 1.5kg over. My bag weighed 24.6kg and my partner 10kg. We always check our bags in together incase 1 is over weight and then they take the balance from the other bag. Not SAA. I had to unpack my bag that was already wrapped to remove 1.5kg and put it I the other bag that was also already wrapped. I waisted R70 flying the 16th and R280 flyING back having to wrap my bags twice. Will NEVER fly SAA again.</p>
