*********** STAFF & FALSE INFORMATION

I made a booking on the 19th February 2018 *** for a flight for my daughter from George To Johannesburg return (30 March 2018 - 8 April 2018) and requested to pay on the 28th February 2018 which was granted and promised by the following people - Masego, Mangele and Tembiso @ R2326,70 only to find out that it was all a lie and that the booking was cancelled. I work in a call center as well and have all these calls recorded and will take this to social media. Is this what you call world class service? I am highly upset about this as I have now already made special arrangements for my daughter to fly to JHB, she is now very disappointed and upset all due to *********** people at SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS!
