<p>Such horrible service I received from you guys, I was stuck in traffic for my flight SA ( 575 ) , which was supppose to depart in 17h55, Coming home from Soweto ( due to protests, i was delayed ) I tried calling you guys, ********** , the number that is listed on your website , and it rang forever, even my mom tried calling cause I was driving , hence not being able to check in online , now I have paid an extra R 981 , and guess what ?? The flight is delayed. I want my 981 that i paid as this would have been avoided if that excuse of customer service line answered their calls on time, I tried calling them at 5pm till half 17h30.</p>
