Impossible to get voyager number

<p>I sent an email on the 20 th of february as i lost my voyager number. After third time i received an email saying is will take 10 working days, really, for a voyager number. Even got a case number ********** 0 on 22nd and assigned to Vaneshee Naidoi. Phone tha xall centre...impossible to get hold of this person. How can SAA make you wait for a simple voyager number. Come on. This just plain unprofessional.</p>
